1. Using the website

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Use the website only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for keeping your account, password and OTP confidential.

১. ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার

আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে এবং সঠিক তথ্য দিতে হবে। ওয়েবসাইট কেবল আইনসম্মত উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করুন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট, পাসওয়ার্ড ও OTP গোপন রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার।

2. Product information

We describe each product as accurately as we can, including metal, purity (karat), net and gross weight, stone details, hallmark and certificate information where applicable. Photographs are for illustration; slight differences in colour or finish may occur because of lighting, screens and the handmade nature of jewellery.

২. পণ্যের তথ্য

আমরা প্রতিটি পণ্যের বিবরণ যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে দিই—ধাতু, ক্যারেট, নিট ও গ্রস ওজন, পাথরের বিবরণ এবং প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে হলমার্ক ও সনদের তথ্যসহ। ছবি উদাহরণস্বরূপ; আলো, স্ক্রিন এবং হাতে তৈরি গহনার বৈশিষ্ট্যের কারণে রং বা ফিনিশে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে।

3. Gold & silver pricing

• Prices of gold and silver jewellery follow the published BAJUS rates and can change during the day.
• Price = metal value (net weight × rate) + wastage (if any) + making charge + stone value + VAT, as shown in the price breakup on the product page.
• The price confirmed when you place your order is the price you pay for that order. Later rate changes do not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of a technical or typing error, we may correct it or cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

৩. স্বর্ণ ও রূপার দাম

• স্বর্ণ ও রূপার গহনার দাম বাজুস (BAJUS) প্রকাশিত দর অনুসরণ করে এবং দিনের মধ্যেও পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
• দাম = ধাতুর মূল্য (নিট ওজন × দর) + ওয়েস্টেজ (থাকলে) + মেকিং চার্জ + পাথরের মূল্য + ভ্যাট—যা পণ্যের পেজে মূল্যের বিস্তারিত অংশে দেখানো হয়।
• অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় নিশ্চিত হওয়া দামই ওই অর্ডারের জন্য প্রযোজ্য। পরে দর বদলালে নিশ্চিত অর্ডারের দামে প্রভাব পড়ে না।
• প্রযুক্তিগত বা টাইপিং ভুলে দাম স্পষ্টতই ভুল হলে আমরা তা সংশোধন করতে বা অর্ডার বাতিল করে পুরো অর্থ ফেরত দিতে পারি।

4. Hallmark & certification

Where a product is hallmarked or certified, the hallmark ID, testing centre, standard and certificate details are shown on its page and on your invoice. Please check these details when you receive the item. If anything does not match, contact us immediately.

৪. হলমার্ক ও সনদ

কোনো পণ্য হলমার্কযুক্ত বা সনদপ্রাপ্ত হলে হলমার্ক আইডি, পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্র, স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ও সনদের তথ্য পণ্যের পেজ ও আপনার ইনভয়েসে দেখানো হয়। পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে এসব তথ্য মিলিয়ে দেখুন। কোনো অমিল থাকলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আমাদের জানান।

5. Orders & payment

• An order is accepted only after we confirm it (and, where required, after payment or the advance is received).
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Payment methods are shown at checkout.
• For high-value items we may call you to verify the order and may require advance payment or identity confirmation.
• We may cancel or hold an order for stock unavailability, pricing errors, failed verification or suspected fraud; any payment received will be refunded.

৫. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

• আমরা অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পরই (এবং প্রয়োজনে পেমেন্ট বা অগ্রিম পাওয়ার পর) তা গৃহীত হয়।
• সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (৳)। পেমেন্টের মাধ্যম চেকআউটে দেখানো হয়।
• উচ্চমূল্যের পণ্যে অর্ডার যাচাইয়ে আমরা ফোন করতে এবং অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট বা পরিচয় নিশ্চিতকরণ চাইতে পারি।
• স্টক না থাকা, মূল্যের ভুল, যাচাই ব্যর্থ হওয়া বা প্রতারণার সন্দেহে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল বা স্থগিত করতে পারি; গৃহীত অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

6. Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates. Jewellery is shipped in secure packaging, and we may ask for identity confirmation or OTP at hand-over. Please inspect the parcel at delivery and report any visible damage immediately. See our Refund Policy for details.

৬. ডেলিভারি

দেখানো ডেলিভারির সময় আনুমানিক। গহনা নিরাপদ প্যাকেজিংয়ে পাঠানো হয় এবং হস্তান্তরের সময় পরিচয় নিশ্চিতকরণ বা OTP চাওয়া হতে পারে। ডেলিভারির সময় পার্সেল পরীক্ষা করুন এবং কোনো দৃশ্যমান ক্ষতি থাকলে তখনই জানান। বিস্তারিত জানতে আমাদের রিফান্ড নীতি দেখুন।

7. Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The content of this website (text, images, logo and design) belongs to Gold.com.bd or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without written permission.

৮. মেধাস্বত্ব

এই ওয়েবসাইটের কনটেন্ট (লেখা, ছবি, লোগো ও ডিজাইন) Gold.com.bd বা এর লাইসেন্সদাতাদের। লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ বা বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Gold.com.bd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by couriers, payment providers or events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Bangladeshi consumer protection law.

আইন যতটুকু অনুমতি দেয়, পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতি, কুরিয়ার, পেমেন্ট প্রদানকারী বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের ঘটনার কারণে বিলম্বের জন্য Gold.com.bd দায়ী নয়। এই শর্তাবলির কোনো কিছুই বাংলাদেশের ভোক্তা-অধিকার আইনে আপনার অধিকার সীমিত করে না।

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
